How To Make Homemade Chocolate And Vanilla Cupcakes
Sometimes my family wants chocolate cupcakes and sometimes they want vanilla cupcakes. This recipe and video shows you How To Make Homemade Chocolate And Vanilla Cupcakes in one batch for 12 cupcakes. I would double the batch cause sometimes I can’t make up my mind and neither can the rest of the family.
Usually when I make cupcakes with all-purpose flour, they are heavier. But if you don’t overbeat the batter, your cakes will turn out light and fluffy. If you want all chocolate cupcakes, just double the cocoa powder for the paste recipe. May need to add a little bit more flour and little bit more water to have a cake batter texture. The chocolate paste may make the cupcake batter too runny. Just add a little flour at a time and don’t over mix.
You can make these cakes without cupcake liners; however, I prefer the cupcake liners because you can hold them easier while you frost. Makes them less messy.
