Healthy Sweet Treat
For those of you who are watching your wheat intake, this cupcake only takes a minute to make. They have no flour. So you can knock out the idea of obtaining a wheat belly. Also, the cupcake is for those individuals watching their carbohydrate level (The Paleo Diet). I call it the caveman’s diet.
Some books are out stating wheat is bad for you because it elevates your blood sugar level causing you to keep your belly fat. If you eat wheat every day, it can cause inflammation in your body.
This inflammation may lead to chronic problems such as diabetes, fatigue, irritable bowel syndrome, and dementia. I’m no expert on wheat; however, I do know if you cut out breads, it will help you lose the fat.
