Cinnamon Sugar Cupcakes

If your husband and kids like snicker doodle cookies like mine does, then they are gonna luv these amazing Cinnamon Sugar Cupcakes.

To keep these cupcakes from going flat, don’t use old baking powder or overfill the cupcake liners.  If your cupcakes still don’t rise, reduce the batter amount in each cupcake.  Don’t forget to tap the pan to remove air bubbles.  No sneak peaking inside the oven (try avoid opening the oven door several times).

You can bake this recipe into a single layer cake.  Double the recipe for two 9-inch layers.  Bake at 350 degrees F for around 30 minutes.  Of course, fill your pans 1/2 way full.  Use extra batter to make cupcakes.  Don’t forget to double the frosting batch too!

The more fat you add to your cupcakes such as whole milk or sour cream, the cupcakes become more moist.
